Air Conditioning.
An air con Conditioning recharge depends on the type or Refrigerant gas your car uses. Here at Slade Auto Electrical we offer both. The vast majority or cars on the road in the UK market will use either R314A and R123YF. R314A gas is common in vehicles manufactured before 2014. All vehicle with air conditioning manufactured since 2017 include the new R1234 Air con gas. With our service can be done either at your home or place of work. Also we can provide the following

Reverse Sensors/Cameras
Reverse Sensors will detect obstacles behind you to aid your parking and enable you to get into those tight spots without damaging your car. Using ultrasonic technology they emit a cone of sound behind which bounces off obstacles behind your car and returns to the sensor, the time taken for these sound waves to bounce and return off obstructions behind your car is how they calculate the distance to the obstacle behind you. You are then warned by a repetitive beep, which will change to a solid tone advising when you have reached the distance required from the object. This is the same technology that is fitted on cars from new. (Options of 2 x sensors or 4 x sensors - these can be coloured coded to your bumper).
Some systems can be upgraded to include an additional LED/LCD display unit.
Reverse camera kits are suitable for cars, vans, motor homes, camper vans and coaches. A discrete monitor in the rear view mirror automatically switches from mirror to colour TFT monitor when reverse gear is engaged. (AV extension leads are available enabling this system to be fitted to a fixed body vehicle of just about any length).
Electric Windows/CDL
We offer a wide range of central locking and electric window products, many of which can be model specific to give a factory finish appearance. Universal central locking kits and universal remote upgrades are also available.
